Title: Regional Security and Protection of Commnications as Seen From Perspectives of End-Users

Abstract: Communication is the basis element of cyberspace. Protection of communication using particular technologies is crucial for assuring the quality of information and the time. Nevertheless, communication in general means interchange of data between two entities and in cyberspace such entities may be people or engines ("virtual people"). This fact arises complex security issues that have to do with both protection of confidentiality of communication, and guarantees the quality of data against any manipulation. The story of our region shows clearly how critical these issues are for the regional security, stability and development. The impact of different protection technologies has to follow the Krantzberg's Law, it may be anarchy, invisible dictatorship, or differentiation of people. To channel the impact of technology in a positive direction we need to "exit" from technological dimensions and consider two social-oriented issues, development of human networks and education of end users how to take carry of them in cyberspace.
