Title: Privacy, Security & Cybercrime: The 3-Legged Stool


Abstract: This presentation will focus on the nexus between privacy, security, and cybercrime and the overlapping considerations of all three in the global legal framework. The audience will learn how to develop an enterprise security program that addresses all three issues and dovetails organizational, legal, and technical considerations. Three new publications developed by the American Bar Association's Privacy & Computer Crime Commitee with public/private cooperation and international participation will be discussed: the International Guide to Combating Cybercrime, the International Corporate Privacy Handbook, and the International Strategy for Cyberspace Security.
